Most directories simply list providers. Shoup goes further by building real-world connections, through Showups, community stories, and opportunities to engage directly with menopause-informed care and support.
You’ll find menopause-informed providers, local and virtual events, and Showups, casual gatherings where women connect, share, and learn together. New listings are added regularly as our community grows.

A Showup is Shoup’s version of a meetup…a walk, coffee, circle, or event created to help women connect in real life and feel supported through shared experiences.

Yes. Shoup is committing 100% of  any payouts from affiliate programs to help women access their first perimenopause or menopause care visit.

You can join our online community, attend local Showups, suggest new resources, or simply share Shoup with someone who might need it. Every bit of participation helps build visibility, support, and access for women everywhere.

We welcome suggestions for menopause-informed providers, organizations, or community events. You can use our Suggest a Listing form to help us keep the directory growing and inclusive.

Yes. Your privacy matters deeply to us. Any information you share with Shoup stays within the community and is never sold or shared outside of our platform.

We do not accept MLMs.

Your business or service will be featured in the Shoup Directory, visible to women actively seeking menopause-informed support. You can also list events, workshops, and Showups (our version of meetups), and connect directly with women and other professionals in the field.

Yes, a Shoup subscription gives you access to list your business, and/or your event(s). 

You can list your business in the Shoup Directory, but we strongly encourage you to join the community, too. That’s where the real connection & engagment happens, where you can share events, be tagged in posts, and stay visible as women are discovering new resources. 

Absolutely! You can join the Shoup community to stay connected, attend Showups and events, and access shared resources as a community member. 

Yaaassss! We LOVE partnering in the community. Shoup is built around collaboration. We regularly highlight providers in community posts, newsletters, and events. As we grow, we’ll invite providers to co-host Showups, share expertise through educational features, and collaborate on initiatives that help women access informed, trustworthy care.
