Overview

I’m a physical therapist and certified menopause coach with 19 years of experience working in women's health + wellness. I created The Modern Menopause Method, my signature approach to guiding women through perimenopause and beyond with holistic, research-backed methods to address low energy, weight gain, avoiding that mirror, stress overload, failed dieting, brain fog, sweaty nights with little sleep, symptom management, and more. I’m knowledgeable, compassionate, and resourceful. Each client relationship is a partnership. The education provided informs and empowers my clients, broadening their understanding of the menopause process, resources available, and ways to regain control and build confidence.
